We can work together for just a few sessions, if you are looking for help with a decision, or how to understand the dynamics of a relationship better, or a particular transitional moment.

ongoing

We can work together regularly on an ongoing basis to explore deeper themes, develop new practices and strategies for your life, cultivate a more authentic relationship with your Self, develop, communicate and integrate boundaries, needs and wants into your relationships.

intensives

Some individuals or relationships benefit from dedicated time for a deeper dive. We can customize what is a good fit for you / your relationship. Oftentimes includes experiential components and time in nature. There is usually a preparation sessions and follow up session.

integration

I work with people who have recently had an experience outside the norm of their life and are working to integrate that experience. This may be a psychedelic experience or other deep spiritual experience
